This website is dedicated to the Defined Contribution section of the Baxi Group Pension Scheme. However, the Trustee also looks after another scheme called the Newmond Pension Plan. A few compliance documents for this scheme have to publicly available and are therefore stored in this section.

Protecting your data

The Trustee collects personal information about you and uses this to calculate and pay your benefits under the Scheme and to administer the Scheme as a whole. The Trustee is required to keep this information secure and to process it in accordance with the data protection laws.

The Trustee may share your information with the Company and third parties in relation to the administration of the Scheme, including service providers and professional advisers. However, it will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
